What are Trado’s driving hours?
You choose your own hours. You can accept a delivery any time there’s a request!
Do I have to bring items inside, assemble or install?
If the user selected our white glove delivery service, the driver will be required to bring the item inside to the location of their choice. However, Trado drivers do not assemble, install, mount/dismount, pack or unpack boxes.
Is it possible to accept multiple deliveries in one run?
You can complete multiple deliveries in one run so long as the pick-up and drop-off destinations are within range of each other.
